Become a CASA Volunteer

Advocates for Children will be holding a training session for new Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers in North Vernon this April.  If you've been interested in becoming a CASA volunteer but have been unable to attend classes in another location, this is your opportunity to join the team.

Children who have been the victims of abuse and neglect need more help than the system can provide.  As a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer, you will fight for their rights to grow, to learn and to be treated with dignity and respect.  You will help to break the cycles of fear, shame and violence in which too many of these children live, and give them the opportunity to rest safely in the embrace of a  loving and permanent family.

Simply complete the initial contact form below to begin the application process.  You will be on your way to joining a formidable force of volunteers committed to fighting for our most vulnerable children's right to live a life of destiny, rather than a life of fate.
