Q: Do I submit my report directly to the court?
A: No, please submit your report (all e-mailed reports should be password protected) to the Advocates for Children office 3 days prior to the court hearing. Some counties have different requirements as to when reports are due, so check with your case coordinator to determine the appropriate lead time. Your Case Coordinator will review the report, make any necessary changes, and send copies to the court.

Q: How do I go about being reimbursed for my expenses?
A: The office has a mileage form that should be filled out and submitted at least quarterly. Phone calls may also be reimbursed. Advocates for Children also has an Emergency Fund, which can be used for gifts for children (holidays, needed clothing, etc.) Please submit a request from this fund, and receive approval, prior to purchases.
