You're invited to a special event by Southern Indiana Taiko, benefiting Advocates for Children.
Taiko drumming originated in feudal Japan partly as a way to inspire troops, synchronize marches and terrorize enemies. Today's taiko ensembles, called kumi-daiko, were developed in Japan in the early 1950s and were brought to the U.S. in the late 1960s.
This ensemble performance is a unique experience that you won't want to miss.
Suggested donation for attendance is $5 for an individual or $10 for a family.
