Giving

You can provide the support these children deserve.

With a CASA volunteer standing by their side, a child is likely to perform better in school, is likely to receive more services during their time in the child protection system, and is half as likely to re-enter that system once they've left it.  And by breaking the cycle of abuse or neglect, a CASA volunteer can make a difference that lasts for generations. Will you help lift up the life of a child by making a contribution today?

Make a one-time gift.

We provide court-appointed advocacy to every child who has been abused or neglected in Bartholomew, Decatur, and Jennings counties. These children deserve the chance at a brighter future - one full of love, smiles, safety, and security. A gift to Advocates for Children will help us provide the training, recruitment, and support of all our staff and volunteer advocates.

Many ways to give

Monthly

Life is busy and we understand that! Rather than trying to remember to make a donation or send a check among all your other bills, you can significantly increase your impact by establishing a recurring donation via credit card that automatically charges monthly.

Legacy Gifts

Because your passion in life should also be your legacy. All we ask for is a pledge that you will consider us in your plans – whether that be a will, bequest, stock, estate – and click here to notify us. Contact us with questions about joining this group of givers.

Shopping Rewards

A great way to give while you shop is through Kroger Community Rewards. Visit Kroger.com to register for giving to Advocates for Children.

Stocks and Commodities

Monetary donations are the most common way people give to charitable organizations. However, these donations are typically made with after-tax dollars, which may not be the most cost-effective way to give for you. Please consult your tax/financial advisor regarding non-cash gifts.

If you have any questions about this process, please reach out to our Executive Director, Therese Miller at therese.miller@apowerfulvoice.org.

Corporate & Organization Giving

Advocates for Children works hard to build partnerships with local organization giving programs. Your business is part of our community and deserves the chance to make an impact in it. Whether you want to be a Corporate Sponsor at an annual event like SING!, donate a percentage of your sales, or host your own Jeans Day, we can find a way for you to make a difference in an abused and neglected child’s life. Contact us to find out more information on ways to give through your business.
